WHAT: Gianche Crepes

WHY: Finding that sweet (or, er, savory) spot just got a whole lot easier thanks to Gianche Crepes. Owner Valaria Gianche learned the art from her grandmother and now shares it with you. In her Miami-based restaurant, you'll find made-to-order hearty options like the Lobster Mac (Maine lobster, provolone, cheddar, gruyere, and parmigiano reggianito crumble); Ribeye (rib eye steak chunks, chimichurri aioli, matchsticks potatoes, and caramelized onions); and the Pepi Queen (chicken breast, avocado, mayonnaise, black pepper, cilantro, and pico de gallo). Or indulge in sugary options like the Grandma's Apple Pie (Granny Smith apples, muscovado sugar, and freshly ground cinnamon); Triple Chocolate (Nutella, milk chocolate, and white chocolate); or the Tiramasu (mascarpone, Venezuelan 100% cacao powder, house made lady fingers, vanilla extract, Ristretto, St. James brown rum, and a lot of chocolate). There's also vegan and GF options plus Crepe Pops (think homemade waffle batter and topped with your favorite ingredients). And because they can be neatly wrapped up in easy-to-carry cones, they're the perfect way to indulge on the go. Which, if you ask us, is pretty darn sweet.
